Terms of service
Clear expectations before we work together.
These terms explain how this website may be used, what a free consultation includes, and how paid marketing work is handled.

By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.
Website information
The information on this website is provided for general business and marketing purposes. We work to keep it accurate and useful, but we do not promise that every page will always be complete, current, or free from errors.
Free consultations
Scheduling or completing a free consultation does not create a client relationship. The consultation gives us a chance to learn about your business, discuss your marketing goals, and decide whether working together makes sense.
Proposals and paid services
Paid work begins only after both parties agree in writing to the scope, price, payment terms, timing, responsibilities, and other important details. A proposal, service agreement, invoice, or similar document may include additional terms for a specific campaign or project.
Services we may provide
Depending on the written agreement, services may include Meta advertising, lead generation, landing pages, website improvements, conversion tracking, analytics, sales funnel support, campaign monitoring, and related consulting. We are responsible only for the work specifically included in the agreed scope.
Advertising spend and outside costs
Meta ad spend, software subscriptions, domains, hosting, phone services, email platforms, stock images, payment processing, and other third party costs are separate from our fees unless the written agreement clearly states otherwise.
Your business may also be subject to the rules, billing terms, and policies of Meta, Google, website hosts, payment processors, and other outside providers. We do not control changes made by those companies.
Payments
Payment amounts and due dates will be stated in the proposal, invoice, or service agreement. Work may be delayed or paused when a required payment is late. Fees already earned for completed work are generally not refundable unless a written agreement says otherwise.
No guaranteed results
Marketing and sales results depend on many factors, including your offer, market, competition, pricing, budget, customer demand, website, response time, follow up, and sales ability. We do not guarantee a specific number of impressions, clicks, leads, appointments, customers, sales, or a specific return on advertising spend.
We may provide forecasts, estimates, or recommendations, but they are not promises of future performance.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely approvals, account access, brand materials, offers, pricing, and other items needed to complete the work. Delays in receiving these items may affect launch dates and results.
You are responsible for confirming that your products, services, claims, promotions, images, customer lists, privacy practices, and business activities follow the laws and industry rules that apply to your business.
Advertising approvals and platform decisions
Meta and other platforms decide whether ads, accounts, pages, or offers comply with their policies. We can help prepare and manage campaigns, but we cannot guarantee approval or prevent a platform from limiting, rejecting, suspending, or closing an account.
Account and asset ownership
Whenever practical, your business should own its Meta Business Portfolio, ad account, Facebook Page, Instagram account, pixel, Conversion API setup, domain, website, analytics accounts, and other important digital assets. You may grant us access so we can perform the agreed work.
You remain responsible for protecting passwords, controlling user access, and removing access when it is no longer needed.
Client materials
You keep ownership of materials you provide, including logos, photos, videos, trademarks, customer information, and written content. By providing those materials, you confirm that you have the right to let us use them for the agreed work.
Our work and intellectual property
The branding, copy, graphics, code, strategies, templates, and other original materials on this website belong to HD Technology Southwest LLC unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, publish, sell, or reuse them without written permission, except where the law allows it.
Ownership and usage rights for paid project work will be explained in the applicable proposal or service agreement.
Confidential information
Both parties should use reasonable care to protect private business information shared during a consultation or paid project. This does not apply to information that is already public, independently developed, or legally required to be disclosed.
Third party tools and links
This website and our services may rely on tools or websites operated by other companies. We are not responsible for their content, availability, security, billing, policy changes, or privacy practices.
Website availability
We may update, change, suspend, or remove parts of this website at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every feature will always work without error.
Ending services
Either party may end ongoing services according to the cancellation terms in the written agreement. Amounts due for completed work, approved expenses, and work already in progress remain payable unless the agreement states otherwise.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, HD Technology Southwest LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses connected to the use of this website or our services. This includes lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, platform suspensions, or business interruptions.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when our website, services, or business practices change. The current version will be posted on this page with the updated date shown above.
